Mr. Robert E. Strickland, also known as Bob, serves as Executive Chairman of Inmediata Corp. (formerly Secure EDI LLC) and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Strickland served as Executive Vice President of Gateway EDI, Inc. He joined Gateway EDI in 2005 to lead its Sales and Marketing outreach to physician practices nationwide. Prior to working at Gateway EDI, Mr. Strickland served as President of Strickland Consulting LLC where he specialized in sales practices and measurements of the healthcare transaction processing industry. He has over 30 years of experience. He has experience from his key leadership roles at a number of nationally recognized information-technology companies. Some of these positions include President of Provider Services of Medunite (now ProxyMed), General Manager of NDCHealth Physician Services, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Envoy Corporation (now Emdeon), and co-founder of Nova Information Systems. Mr. Strickland received his B.A. in Political Science and has completed his coursework for his M.P.A. in Organizational Development from C.W. Post College of Long Island University in New York.

Mr. Bill Davis serves as Chief Executive Officer of ECHO Health, INC. Earlier, Mr. Davis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Secure Solutions, Inc. He developed and implemented anti-counterfeit technology for MasterCard??? International. He serves as a Director of Inmediata Corp. He holds five U.S. Patents. Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University.

Mr. Severiano L??pez-Marrero co-founded Secure EDI, LLC in 2006. Mr. L??pez-Marrero is a Co-Founder of Inmediata Health Group Corporation and has been its President. Since 1997, he has worked in the healthcare industry, gaining experience in the management of various healthcare information processing systems. Mr. L??pez-Marrero helped established Inmediata Health Group Corporation in 2003. Mr. L??pez-Marrero served as a Director of Inmediata Corp. (formerly Secure EDI LLC). Mr. L??pez-Marrero is also a member of the Puerto Rico's Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of The United Way of Puerto Rico. Mr. L??pez-Marrero has been distinguished with the following honors: Intel Corporation Vendor of Choice for 1997 and as Distinguished Partner of the Puerto Rico Medical Billing Association for 2005. Mr. L??pez-Marrero is actively involved in the development of multiple initiatives related to improving healthcare information management and patient services. Mr. L??pez-Marrero holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ms. Jackie Griffin serves as Vice President of Operations of Inmediata Corp. (formerly Secure EDI LLC). Ms. Griffin focuses on the day to day US operations at Secure EDI and on continuous process improvement to deliver excellent client experience. She is an energetic and highly motivated leader who thrives on creating and sharing a vision, building loyalty and trust, and creating an environment of teamwork, pride and excellence. She has spent the last 15 years in healthcare clearinghouse operations. She joined Secure EDI in September 2014. Prior to joining Secure EDI, she worked at Gateway EDI, (now TriZetto Provider Solutions). While working at Gateway EDI, she held many management roles in business operations. She served as Associate Vice President overseeing 3 large service delivery teams with over 140 associates, with focus on day to day operations, business transformation and regulatory mandates. She is an active member of the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) and Accredited Standards Committee X12. She was a feature speaker for the WEDI 5010 Forum and the GetReady5010 webinar series. She was a thought leader on ICD-10 at TriZetto Provider Solutions, producing several webinars, blogs and articles. Prior to joining Gateway EDI, she attended Missouri College and worked in several provider offices gaining both front and back office experience.

Ms. Lynnette Helmle serves as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Inmediata Corp. (formerly Secure EDI LLC). Ms. Helmle served as an Executive Vice President of Operations, Client Services and Product Implementation at Secure EDI LLC. Ms. Helmle oversaw the functions of SecureEDI's go-to market and business operations. To help fuel growth, promote innovation, and increase SecureEDI's productivity, she is responsible for directing the client relationship experience and integrating service offerings to customers across all U. S. Partnersbusiness units within SecureEDI. served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Gateway EDI, Inc and served as its Vice President of Channel. She served as Vice President of Vendor Partnerships at Gateway EDI, Inc. She was responsible for sales at Gateway EDI with a key focus on development and execution of sales strategies and channel partner management. She was an active participant in the development of health care EDI and has contributed 20+ years to the health care industry in executive level positions. With particular expertise in sales and strategic account management, She has hands-on experience in forming and building strong partnerships. She began her career in the financial transactions processing industry and transitioned into the the Payer and Dental healthcare transaction processing during her tenure at Envoy Corporation (now Emdeon). She attended Tyler College. She attended East Texas State University, Motorola University (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) and UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Program.

Matthew Bernier serves as the Vice President of Project Management of inMediata. Matthew currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.
