Mr. Craig Shore has been the Chief Financial Officer of InspireMD, Inc. since March 31, 2011 and has been its Chief Administrative Officer since May 7, 2013. Mr. Shore has been Treasurer and Secretary of InspireMD, Inc. since March 31, 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. From February 2008 to June 2009, he served as Chief Financial Officer of World Group Capital Ltd., and Nepco Star Ltd. both publicly traded companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Saguaro Resources, Inc. From March 2006 to February 2008, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cellnets Solutions Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in financial management in the United States, Europe and Israel. His experience includes raising capital both in the private and public markets. He strengthened his financial and leadership skills through the General Electric's Financial Management Program. The vast majority of his career has been spent within the pharmaceutical and high tech industries. Mr. Shore graduated with honors and received a B.Sc. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University in 1983 and 1988 respectively.
