Mr. Todd R. Fry, CPA, has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Installed Building Products, Inc., since April 2014. Mr. Fry served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Champion Industries Inc., from November 1999 to April 28, 2014 and from January 2005 to April 28, 2014 Respectively. Mr. Fry served as a Vice President at Champion Industries Inc., from November 1999 to January 2005. At Champion Industries Inc, his responsibilities included SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, risk management and debt negotiation. He served as a Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Broughton Foods Company from September 1997 to June 1999; Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. from 1991 to September 1997. He served as a Manager at Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. He has been an Independent Director of Summit State Bank since 2000. Mr. Fry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Michael T. Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Installed Building Products, Inc. since July 2013 and 2000 respectively. Mr. Miller served as Principal Accounting Officer at Installed Building Products, Inc. until April 2014. Prior to Installed Building Products, he served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director responsible for Corporate Investment Banking at Huntington Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares, Inc. Before joining Huntington in 1991, he held various positions with Deutsche Bank and CIBC in New York. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in the building products industry, background in finance and knowledge of financial reporting. He began his career at First Union National Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been a Director of Installed Building Products, Inc. since March 2004. Mr. Jay P. Elliott has been the Chief Operating Officer of Installed Building Products, Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Elliott served as a Regional Operations and Business Integrations Manager of Installed Building Products, Inc. since April 2002. He has led acquisition integration process and overseen various corporate functions. Prior to joining us, Mr. Elliott worked with E&Y Corporate Finance, LLC in restructuring advisory services. His experience includes ten years with Owens Corning in several roles including new business development, market management and corporate strategic planning. Additionally, he spent three years with IBM and began his career with Westinghouse Electric Corp. Mr. Elliott earned an M.B.A. from Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.E. from Dartmouth College Thayer School of Engineering and an A.B. from Colgate University.

Scott Lyons serves as the Managing Director Business Development of Installed Building Products. Scott started at Installed Building Products in Apr of 2014. Scott currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.

Jay Melamed serves as the Division Vice President of Installed Building Products. Jay started at Installed Building Products in Dec of 2015. Jay currently resides in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area.
