Mr. Andrew G. Long, also known as Andy, has been Chief Financial Officer of INSYS Therapeutics, Inc. since August 07, 2017. Mr. Long is a seasoned finance executive with three decades of experience in the life sciences, bio-pharma and industrial sectors. His extensive skillset includes: corporate and operational finance, strategy, supply chain, information technology, M&A integration and talent acquisition and development. Mr. Long served as Senior Vice President of Patheon Inc from 2015 to 2017 and served as its and Global Business Controller. Prior to his role at Patheon, Mr. Long spent nine years providing management and financial operations expertise as Vice President of Global Finance for multiple divisions at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He previously spent five years directing global financial planning, reporting and analysis activities for the BioScience Division of Cambrex Corporation. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, he served as vice president of worldwide finance and supply chain management at Cambrex Corporation, responsible for global financial planning, reporting and analysis for a division with 14 manufacturing and distribution sites across 10 countries. Previously, he served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility for companies including Eaton Corporation, Emerson Electric and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Long holds Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University.

Mr. Franc Del Fosse has been General Counsel at INSYS Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Del Fosse joined INSYS Therapeutics, Inc from private practice, where he regularly advised public company boards, management and in-house counsel on the critical issues affecting their businesses. In addition, as a transactional attorney, he specialized in corporate and project financing, compliance with federal securities laws and mergers and acquisitions advisement. He was a Partner at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer LLP. From 2001 to 2005, he was an associate at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling. He is a member of the State Bar of California and Arizona. Mr. Del Fosse holds a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University.

Mr. B. Sanga Emmanuel has been Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of INSYS Therapeutics, Inc. since October 30, 2017. Mr. Emmanuel held compliance leadership positions at Biogen and Organogenesis, Inc. Prior to focusing his professional career on healthcare compliance, Mr. Emmanuel was an Attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP's litigation department where, among other projects, he represented medical device and pharmaceutical companies during Department of Justice investigations. Mr. Emmanuel has multiple years of healthcare compliance experience, including implementing and improving compliance programs at both the national and global level. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Massachusetts and the United States District Court ??? District of Massachusetts. Mr. Emmanuel holds a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Steve Sherman serves as the Sr. Vice President Regulatory Affairs of Insys Therapeutics, Inc.. Steve started at Insys Therapeutics, Inc. in January of 2016. Steve currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona Area.
