Mr. James Leland Strange serves as the President of ChemFree Corporation. Mr. Strange serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Business Advisor of Gwinnett Innovation Park. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Systems Corporation since 1985 and has been its President since 1983. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at CoreCard Software Inc. and served as its Managing Director. Prior to Intelligent Systems, he Founded Quadram Corporation in 1980. Prior to Quadram, he founded a number of successful ventures in several industries. Mr. Strange has been employed with Intelligent Systems Corp. since its merger with Quadram Corp. in 1982. He has been the Chairman of Intelligent Systems since 1985. He serves as Chairman of Gwinnett Innovation Park. He serves as Chairman of the Board at ChemFree Corporation. He served as Chairman of the Georgia Tech Research Corporation. He serves as Director of CN2, Inc. He serves as a Director at Intelligent Systems Corp. He has been Director of Microsoft Dynamics Inc since July 21, 2000. He served as a Director of Precyse Technologies Inc. since September 2010. He has served on the board of publicly traded companies such as Matria Healthcare and Healthdyne Technologies Inc. He has served as Director of Great Plains. Mr. Strange served as a Director of IQ Software Corp. since 1991. Mr. Strange served as a marketing professor specializing in entrepreneurial enterprises at Mercer University for five years. He has served as a Board Member of the Georgia and Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Research Alliance and served as Chairman of the American Electronics Association Southeast Chapter. He has been Trustee for the Georgia Baptist Health Care Foundation. He serves as Trustee of Georgia Tech Foundation. Mr. Strange received a M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a B.S. Degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ms. Karen J. Reynolds has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Intelligent Systems Corporation since June 22, 2016. Ms. Reynolds has served as Chief Financial Officer of CoreCard Software, Inc. since September 2015. Prior to joining CoreCard, she served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of zBoost Inc., a privately held technology company, since 2008 until 2015 and has held senior management roles at a number of other technology and services companies over her 25+ year career. For more than 25 years, Ms. Reynolds's career has included executive roles in finance and accounting, strategy, operations and corporate transactions at both entrepreneurial and large corporations in a variety of technology and services industries. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Accounting, she is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant.
