insurance is unaffordable, they don't tell you until you have accepted the job and salary, so it can't be considered a benefit.

owners indecision and lack of remembering and often changing directions of projects makes people lose confidence and drive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
owner needs to empower managers, let them decide who works for them and on what, let things run smoothly without interference and non stop redirecting, everyday is a different emergency, owner doesn't remember what decisions were made, extremely poor communication, stop firing good people.
