The company is growing very fast, I love the small company with big dreams feeling, but feeling like it might be lost as it expands. Politics of the company are making this difficult.

Support of management noticing the work you put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work hard, and understand hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of my leadership team understands that we work as a team and the best outcome will happen. They support me when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses only happen once a year, this causes an issue for those who start at different times. Also Pay does not match average rates in the Boston area. I however knew this going in and accepted the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Support across teams. For the most part people understand we are a team as a company, and don't use the logic "not my job". In Addition, seeing the IntelyPro Nurses we support and how happy we make them.
