First years were great, with salaries increases and great work projects. After several years the company is down to bad decisions/salaries that are not competitive in the market. People is leaving and several are let go at the very next day.

No micromanagement gives you more freedom for ideas.

A better salary and an yearly competent increase plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to the people even in bad times.
What makes you most happy at work?
It used to be that the projects we were involved were great. Nowadays they are not so much.
