Its a pretty good company to work for. At least at the service desk, where I work, we have a great manager, and great supportive people.

When its slow, I can take classes IT classes so I can move up in the company.

They have this weird thing about goals, which I like. That way I know which way the company is going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are making a lot of changes, and moving everything into the cloud, so once that's all done, that will be good. They are flexible about working from home.
