Nice stable company. Lots of tenured people which is good but also bad. No new fresh ideas.

Pay and innovation. Global job grading. Clear career paths. Diversity networks.

Work is not exciting or innovate. Very stuck on status quo.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on innovation, execution and hire people who are nice but also know how to move the needle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doesn't seem on par with people that have 10 years experience and they don't understand what it actually takes to do my job which is very specific.
