Amazing group of people tbh
Seem like nice people. I have nothing else to report.
Investing in growth areas. Having any semblance of coherent strategy with regards to business unit placement (e.g. ETFs not under investments). Paying investment and tech performers as much as sales is paid. Motivating loyalty. Incentivizing performance.
Everything. They have taken a big successful compaby and drowned it.
Bonus is all cash rather than mostly stock
Base salary, bonus, benefits, vacation
Time off and hybrid flexibility
Higher salary, bonus structure than previous firms
Benefits were great! Very good HSA.
Paid less than market standards
No link between pay and performance
Doesn't seem on par with people that have 10 years experience and they don't understand what it actually takes to do my job which is very specific.
Good good good good good
It is very interesting and knowledgeable
Helpful, understanding, thankful, shout-outs, appreciations
Great team to work with
People are generally friendly. Not the brightest bulbs though.
Less bureacracy. More action. More emphasis on performance.
Teams are very friendly and people are very helpful
It was a fun environment
Incentivize performance for teams other than sales. Otherwise loyalty will never get built. You may view all products as things to be commoditized, but the people actually achieving that are not commodities.
Focus on innovation, execution and hire people who are nice but also know how to move the needle.
Giving a feedback and questioning in simple way
Getting to speak to key contributors
Vwry doscussion oriented and friendly
They provided a quick response time.
They work to find the best

No focus on clients. Everything is built around keepibrg executives in power and having good earnings calls (which they dont)
Work is not exciting or innovate. Very stuck on status quo.
Pay and innovation. Global job grading. Clear career paths. Diversity networks.
