What would you improve about your company's interview process?
An actual interview instead of being told by the recruitment agency I had the job would have been nice. When I turned up, the HR ladybugs not expecting me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be less political (although I think this suits senior management)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely zero benefits. Maybe if health care was offered to all after completion of 1 years service would be good.
