What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager had a sheet of questions provided by Joules but used their own questions too and spent time getting to know me as a person as well as my skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company offer reward schemes and points that you can use. Points are allocated by managers but managers cannot claim any theirselves. Reward system brought in by next, not joules.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are friendly and hardworking. They are punctual, reliable and will always help and offer support. They are all white females.
