Mr. Jonathan W. Painter, also known as Jon, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kadant Inc. since September 1, 2009 and January 3, 2010 respectively. Mr. Painter served as an Executive Vice President of Operations of Thermo Fibertek Inc., since September 1997. He served as an Executive Vice President of Kadant Inc. since 1997. He served as Kadant Inc.'s Treasurer. He served as President of Composite Building Products business of Kadant Inc. from 2001 to 2005. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Kadant Inc. from September 1, 2009 to January 3, 2010. He served as Treasurer of Thermo Bioanalysis Corp. and Thermo Electron from August 1994 to June 1997 and Treasurer of Thermo Fibertek from October 1994 to June 1997. He served as Director of strategic planning of Thermo Fibertek Inc. from February 1993 to August 1994. For more than five years, Mr. Painter was Associate General Counsel of Thermo Electron and its subsidiaries. He has been a Director of Thermo BioAnalysis Corporation since its inception in February 1995. Mr. Painter has been a Director of Kadant Fibergen, Inc. (alternatively, Thermo Fibergen Inc.) since incorporation in February 1996. He has been Director of Kadant Inc. since January 03, 2010 and an Independent Director of Graham Corporation since 2014.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Powell has been an Executive Vice President of Kadant Inc. since March 07, 2013. Mr. Powell served as a Senior Vice President of Kadant Inc., since September 2009 until March 07, 2013. Mr. Powell served as Senior Vice President of Fiberline of Kadant Inc. Mr. Powell served as Vice President of New Ventures at Kadant Inc. from January 2008 to September 2009. Mr. Powell served as President of ThermoRetec Corporation, a subsidiary of Thermo TerraTech Inc. since 1993 and as Chief Executive Officer from May 1997 to April 1998 and Senior Vice President since April 1998. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CASTion at Thermoenergy Corp. until January 2008. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nesco Industries Inc. and Aquamatrix Inc. (formerly Hydrogel Design Systems, Inc.,) a subsidiary of Nesco Industries Inc. from July 10, 2002 to October 25, 2002. Mr. Powell served as Vice President of Thermo TerraTech, Inc. He also served as Consultant of Nesco Industries Inc. He serves as Director of TerraTherm, Inc. He served as a Director of Nesco Industries Inc. from July 10, 2002 to October 25, 2002. Mr. Powell holds a bachelors degree in engineering from the University of Toledo and a M.S. in Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

Mr. Michael J. McKenney, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Kadant Inc. since June 30, 2015. Mr. McKenney served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance of Kadant Inc. from January 2002 to June 30, 2015. He served as a Corporate Controller of Kadant since 1997. Mr. McKenney served as a Controller of Kadant AES, a division of Kadant Inc., acquired from Albany International Inc., from 1993 to 1997. Prior to 1993, Mr. McKenney held various financial positions at Albany International.

Mr. Eric T. Langevin has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Kadant Inc. since January 3, 2010. Mr. Langevin served as Senior Vice President of Paperline of Kadant Inc. Mr. Langevin served as a Senior Vice President of Kadant Inc., from March 1, 2007 to January 3, 2010. Mr. Langevin was responsible for Kadant's paperline business consisting of its paper machine accessory equipment, fluid-handling and water-management systems product lines. Prior to that, Mr. Langevin served as a Vice President of Kadant Inc., from March 2006 to March 1, 2007 with responsibility for its paper machine accessory equipment and water-management systems businesses. He joined Kadant in 1986 as a Product Development Engineer. Mr. Langevin served as the President of Kadant Web Systems, a subsidiary of Kadant from 2001 to 2006 and before that, he served as its Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Langevin managed several product groups and departments within Kadant Web Systems.

Ms. Sandra L. Lambert has been the Vice President and General Counsel of Kadant Inc. since 2001 and as its Secretary since its incorporation in 1991. Ms. Lambert serves as Clerk of Thermedics Inc. Prior to joining Kadant Inc., she served as the Vice President and the Secretary of Thermo Electron since 1999 and 1990, respectively and was a member of Thermo Electron's legal department. She also served as Secretary of Thermo BioAnalysis Corporation and serves as Secretary of Trex Medical Corporation, , and ONIX Systems Inc. Ms. Lambert served as Secretary of Thermo Instrument Systems Inc., Metrika Systems Corp., ThermoRetec Corporation., ThermoTrex Corp., Thermo TerraTech Inc., Thermolase Corp., Newport Franklin, Inc. and Thermoquest Corp. Ms. Lambert served as Secretary of Thermo Voltek Corp., since January 1991. Ms. Lambert also served as Secretary of Thermo Ecotek Corp., Thermo Optek Corporation and Thermo Sentron Inc. She served as a Director of Thermo Voltek Corp., since 1990.

Chris Skibba serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Kadant Grantek Inc. Chris currently resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina Area.
