What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leaders are open to my opinions and feedback. Regardless if they take my opinion and do anything with it, I'm grateful they listen and actually hear me. They also accept criticisms better than most Execs I've worked with and I appreciate their ability to want to be better leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like each other, we all focused on similar goals, we have healthy banter and overall it's an exciting place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a tight-knit group and we're all in-tuned with each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I hope as we grow and improve we can be more flexible with our PTO policy and other company incentives.
