Mr. Ernest C. Kremling, II, also known as Ernie, has been Senior Vice President of Industrial Lubricants, Wood Treating Chemicals & Manufacturing Services at KMG Chemicals, Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Kremling served as Senior Vice President of Other Chemicals & Manufacturing Services at KMG Chemicals Inc. since 2017 and served as its Vice President of Operations since February 2008 until 2015. Mr. Kremling spent 20 years with the Dow Chemical Company in various manufacturing roles, which included project management and plant and site leadership. During the course of his employment with Dow, Mr. Kremling worked in Asia for several years and held positions of global responsibility that covered Asia, Europe and South America. He holds BA from Hendrix College and chemical engineering from University of Missouri Columbia

DENNIS LOCKETT serves as the VP Global Mfg - Electronic Chemicals of KMG Electronic Chemicals, Inc.. DENNIS started at KMG Electronic Chemicals, Inc. in May of 1998. DENNIS is currently based in the Pueblo, Colorado Area.
