Kobie has great benefits and hires amazing people. They do a lot for their employees with work life balance - they offer unlimited vacation after a few years of working there, decent health care, offer remote work. However, they underpay and over work everyone, while having a micro manage-y culture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Kobie constantly restructures their departments, leadership flounders around a lot, and often processes are very undefined. There's no clear job definitions for proper career advancement and they refuse to hire more employees due to most departments being "under allocated." (50+h weeks are normal)
