Honestly horrible our district manager Bret could care less about any of the stores or the employess shes never taken the time to get to know anyone. Anthony the store manager for the camarillo store is horrible as well hes scared doesnt help shows favoritism & is very petty acts like a child

Actually working less complaining not taking the short cut in things

The pay stays over all the same doesnt matter how many years you put into the company

At the time when i joined this store the store manager was aweosme she made me feel welcomed and appreciated

Not much is positive i guess maybe when we were given tasks to complete because youd feel a sense of pride

Managment specifically store manager hes too sensative and emotional to be in charge of a store he lashes out when you have an oppinion its his way or the highway theres times where he wont even talk yo you if he feels some type of way towards you
