Everybody does her/his job. I can rely on colleagues and this is the best. They are nice people as well
It is free and open, at the same time there is structure and discipline so that we rarely have overtime
Management is open and communicates in equal fashion, trusts employees' expertise. Also they are present when needed and do not micromanage
