benefits and my team members. also the occasional break when things get hard

We are paid well. However a few less company events and even better pay would be substantially better

getting to interact and getting to spend time around such caring and nice people makes the world of difference.

the positivity and the energy everyone has. not everyone has to be high energy but everyone contributing to the great vibes

1 on 1s and team events are key. Getting time to sit down with my leadership and realistically discuss plans and goals means a lot
