I like them personally usually. But a lot of them are always missing the forest because theres so many trees in the way
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Inconsistent plate quality coming from the kitchen. High ranking chefs that arent enforcing standards. Guests can get great food one time and a bad plate the next time. Need to trust chefs to just put out a good plate but you cant. I always have to push back and demand proper food/plating
