What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like them personally usually. But a lot of them are always missing the forest because theres so many trees in the way
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Living on planet earth with the people who run the day to day operations at the restaurants
They could be much better at making things equal for everyone and confronting issues head on
Making things fair and equal for all employees
Not completely pushing and confining people into a corner of the company, never letting them have the opportunities they could use to expand their skillsets and grow. They would rather see you do the same job for 10 years than look at another position that would enable you upward mobility.
