What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a TA Specialist I could always reach out to with any questions and once I received an offer I was handed off to an Onboarding Specialist. It was very streamlined and I felt supported throughout the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the actual day-to-day work that I do and am very appreciative of the encouragement to aim high and take risks to further the goals of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best things about the culture at LTV is the transparency. We hear directly from the Exec team about what's happening with the company and we're encouraged to engage with leadership and share our ideas. They really create a space where everyone has a voice and is encouraged to use it.
