Mr. Alan Symmons, also known as Al, has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at LightPath Technologies, Inc. since February 2015 and served as its Corporate Vice President of Corporate Engineering since September 2010. Mr. Symmons served as a Director of Engineering at LightPath Technologies Inc. from October 2006 to September 2010. He was Engineering Manager for AuroraOptical Inc. from December 2000 to October 2006. Prior to joining Aurora Optical he was Senior Mechanical Engineer for Ryobi, North America from December 1998 to December 2000. Mr. Symmons served as Mechanical Engineer for SatCon Technology from 1995 to 1998 and General Dynamics from 1993 to 1998. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Arizona with graduate work in Optical Sciences. Mr. Symmons received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ms. Dorothy M. Cipolla, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer at Lightpath Technologies, Inc. since February 2006 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Cipolla served as Corporate Vice President of Lightpath Technologies Inc. since July 2006. Ms. Cipolla served as Vice President of Lightpath Technologies Inc., from February 2006 to July 2006. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Lasersight Inc. from March 15, 2004 to February 27, 2006 and as its Principal Accounting Officer. She started her career as a Senior Management Consultant with Ernst & Young. She has served as the Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies. She served in various accounting, finance and business positions with LaserSight Inc., Alliant Energy Corporation, Goliath Networks, Inc. and Network Six, Inc., as well as various roles within Kendall Company (Colgate Palmolive) and Ernst & Young. She has over twenty-four years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting and systems implementations. Prior to Lasersight, Ms. Cipolla has served in various financial management positions. From 1994 to 1999, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Network Six, Inc. From 1999 to 2002, she served as Vice President of Finance with Goliath Networks, Inc., a privately held network consulting company. From 2002 to 2003, she was Department Controller of Alliant Energy Corporation, a regulated utility. Ms. Cipolla has a BS in Accounting/Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Michael Lancaster has been Director of Operations at LightPath Technologies Inc. since November 2006 and has been its Interim General Manager of Shanghai Operations since March 2011. Mr. Lancaster served as Materials Manager for Bolton Medical from August 2005 to November 2006. Prior to joining Bolton Medical he served as Logistics/Materials Manager for Hydro Aluminum from March 2000 to May 2005. At Yuasa Inc., Mr. Lancaster served as Materials Manager. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Western Illinois University.

Mr. Hui Yue serves as General Manager of China at LightPath Technologies, Inc. Mr. Yue has been with LightPath since 2007. At LightPath, he was Deputy General Manager for the Shanghai province operations for over five years. Prior to joining LightPath, Mr. Yue was the Senior Director of Sales for Walsin Fujikura.

Dorothy Cipolla serves as the CFO for LightPath Technologies. Dorothy started at LightPath Technologies in February of 2006. Dorothy is based in the Orlando, Florida Area.

Donald Retreage serves as the CFO for LightPath Technologies. Donald started at LightPath Technologies in June of 2018. Donald is based in the Orlando, Florida Area.

Scott Faris serves as the Director for LightPath Technologies. Scott started at LightPath Technologies in December of 2011. Scott is based in the Orlando, Florida Area.

Devin Standard serves as the VP of Corporate Development for LightPath Technologies. Devin started at LightPath Technologies in March of 2017. Devin is based in the Orlando, Florida Area.
