Mr. Alex M. Teague has been Senior Vice President of Limoneira Company since 2004 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until 2018. Mr. Teague served as Vice President of agribusiness Limoneira Company from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Teague serves as Director of Ventura County Workforce Investment Board, Ventura County Community Foundation, Farm Worker Housing, Salinas Land Company and California Orchard Company. Mr. Teague is a graduate of University of Pacific, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Donald P. Delmatoff, also known as Don, has been Director of Compliance and Special Projects at Limoneira Company since June 2010. Mr. Delmatoff served as Vice President of Finance & Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Limoneira Company from 2004 to June 15, 2010. Mr. Delmatoff previously served the Limoneira Company as corporate Controller, from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Delmatoff is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. John Mills serves as Partner of Integrated Corporate Relations, Inc. (ICR) and served as its Senior Managing Director. Mr. Mills serves as Senior Managing Director of Limoneira Company. Mr. Mills joined ICR in 2002 as a consumer/retail specialist after nine years as a portfolio manager and research analyst of Meyer Duffy Funds. His areas of focus included small and mid cap consumer products and healthcare companies. He joined Meyer, Duffy & Associates in 1995. Mr. Mills held an extensive role in numerous seed and early stage technology companies while at Meyer Duffy and his expertise is in the development of business plans, financial forecasting, investment due diligence, deal structuring and capital formation. He served as a member of the General Partner of several private equity funds managed by Meyer Duffy Ventures. He also served as Partner of Meyer Duffy Ventures. He applied his Wall Street expertise in the development of business plans, financial forecasting, investment due diligence, deal structuring and capital formation. Mr. Mills had extensive financial and investment experience including positions with Resource Bancshares Holding Co., where he reviewed existing subsidiaries to determine the potential for mergers, acquisitions or public offerings and explored new subsidiaries in the asset management, credit card securitization, small ticket leasing and commercial real estate lending and securitization. He served as a commercial banker of Bank of America. He serves as Board of Directors of Equinox Solutions, Arc eConsultancy, Network Decisions and Tribeca Software. He served as Director of Meyer Duffy Ventures. Mr. Mills earned a B.S. from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in Finance and Marketing and received his executive M.B.A. from Chapman University.

Mr. Mark Palamountain has been Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary at Limoneira Company since January 8, 2018. Mr. Palamountain also served as Senior Director of Agricultural Operations for Business Development and Business Integration at Limoneira Company, from December 2014 to December 2017, and as Director of Business Development and Business Integration, from 2012 to December 2014. Mr. Palamountain served as Managing Director, Head of Nasdaq Trading of Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group, Inc. (alternate name, First Albany Companies Inc.) since April 7, 2003. Mr. Palamountain served as Limoneira's Director of Energy, Waste and Water projects and was instrumental in the development of Limoneira's solar installation, one of the largest private solar facilities in California. Prior to joining Limoneira in 2011, Mr. Palamountain co-founded Perpetual Power LLC in 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He has also held senior positions at Broadpoint Securites, Thomas Weisel Partners and JP Morgan Chase. Between 2001 and 2003, Mr. Palamountain was Principal at Thomas Weisel Partners and from 1997 to 2001, he was a trader at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Palamountain joined to First Albany from Thomas Weisel Partners where he was a Senior Trader with a focus on the software sector. Mr. Palamountain began his career as an OTC Trader with Hambrecht & Quist where he spent four years, during which Hambrecht & Quist was purchased by Chase Manhattan Bank and then merged with JP Morgan, forming JPMorgan Chase. A licensed holder of a Series 7, 55 and 63, he earned a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado.

John Chamberlain serves as the Vice President of Global Marketing of Limoneira Company. John started at Limoneira Company in November of 2018. John currently resides in Santa Barbara, California Area.

Edgar Terry serves as the Director of Limoneira Company. Edgar started at Limoneira Company in November of 2017. Edgar currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.
