We are always striving to find a better way of doing things, as long as their is a good return on the investment.

We work well together. We are able to consider each other's positions. This helps us to arrive at better business decisions.

What makes you most happy at work?

I actually get things done that I set out to do. Sure, nothing is perfect, but every day we make progress towards our goals.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Got to meet with the company CEO and other senior leaders. They were very honest and upfront about what I would be getting into.

Weekly pay and overtime after 8 hrs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I need more money other bases get paid much more than us
