401k profit sharing is generous and vests appropriately

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are used to dealing with smaller clients. They have to rework & make new process because of this. They don't have conversion tracking figured out, took us almost a month to start seeing a clients revenue show. They didn't have a data scientist to fix this for us either. Manager is inexperienced
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Turn over rate is so high that it is hard to get to know everyone before they are out the door. People are passionate but they have less experience overall. Not a ton of knowledgeable people to learn from if you've worked at larger agency's or corporations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus is pretty low, salary is barely tolerable, an actual daily lunch break longer than 20 mins would be nice. Not having to work through company events. Support from manger when dealing with upset clients on calls. Have managers that are experienced that can answer more tenured questions.
