What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They only thing is they got to figure out which way yo run the busines. Two owners are really nice people. I think they should let the chef have control of the kitchen . This would insure great food , and a leaderboard for everybody to follow.they need to fix the minu. Prepepar the prices and change
