Communication is something the team needs to work on.

They need a better attitude, work ethics, and improve their behavior. They're very immature and we're always talking badly about our boss.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire people who respect those they work with. This is a job, it's not meant to be amazing, just good enough to get by and enjoy yourself along the way.
