AMC cultivates a fast, friendly work environment. Training is thorough and hands-on. Plenty of opportunity to train in multiple areas and plenty of opportunity for advancement. Always willing to work around school schedules, vacations or other factors effecting availability.

Ive been here for almost 3 months. I love the vision and can be a great asset to it. The downfall is the engagement with teams. I dont like that I literally clock in make calls and clock out. There is no interaction with my TL or TM's or co workers. I feel like the management is in there own squad
