What makes you most happy at work?
Each day is a new challenge I have to figure out, but because my teammates around me are so proficient at what they do, it makes me want to continue improving myself as to not let them down in this collaborative effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a good mix of folks with and without agency experience that bring expertise in their fields. Having team members that approach problems in ways outside of the traditional advertising model allows us to come up with unique solutions to complex problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaning into our boutique size, there is no artificial barrier felt between leadership and the employees that you may feel at larger shops. They are truly open to everyone for ideas, mentorship, transparency, and just to offer a helping hand should you need it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was extremely quick. There usually isn't a lot of down time between interviews or waiting to hear responses. We cut through the red tape many bigger shops have to work through and are able to get people through the process quickly and efficiently.
