Mr. William Manning, also known as Bill, is a Co-Founder at Manning & Napier, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 18, 2016 and Chairman since June 2011. Mr. Manning served as the Director of Investment Process and Director of Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC and previously was the President. He co-founded the firm. Mr. Manning has extensive industry experience. He received a B.A. from the Dartmouth College and was a VanDyne Scholar at Graduate School of Finance, New York University.

Mr. Charles Howard S. Stamey has been a Managing Director of Sales and Distribution - Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC at Manning & Napier, Inc. since May 2010 and has been its Executive Vice President since June 2011. Mr. Stamey served as Executive Vice President at Manning & Napier, Inc. since June 2011. He served as Managing Director of Sales & Distribution at Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., and is primary responsible for client service and sales management. He serves as a Managing Director of Client Relations for the Midwest Region at Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc. Mr. Stamey is also a member of Manning & Napier Advisors's executive group and is with it from 23 years. Mr. Stamey received his Bachelor's degree from Mount Vernon University in 1982 and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University in 1985.

Ms. Beth Hendershot Galusha, CPA has been Principal Financial Officer of Manning & Napier, Inc. since July 26, 2016. Ms. Galusha serves as Treasurer of Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC (MNA). She served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Manning & Napier, Inc. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of MNA from 1994 to August 2010. Ms. Galusha holds a Certified Public Accountant designation. She has also received a B.S. degree from the Akron University in 1983.

Dr. Jeffrey Scott Coons, also known as Jeff, Ph.D., CFA is the President at Manning & Napier, Inc. since July 2010. Dr. Coons is the President since July 2010, Co-Director of Research since 2002 and Portfolio Manager at Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC and previously served as Managing Director of Risk Management from 1993 to 2002. He is a member of the executive management team since 1999 and its senior research group. Dr. Coons is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned a Ph.D. from Temple University in 1996 and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rochester in 1985.

Nicole Brunner serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Manning & Napier. Nicole started at Manning & Napier in Mar of 2018. Nicole currently resides in the Rochester, New York Area.
