I like that communication is open and completely transparent. I don't ever feel like something is being unsaid or overlooked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I know it's not the end of the road and that there's still a lot of growth within the company and that my compensation package is ever-growing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know when it's time to get to work and when it's time to have a good time. There's a really good balance of individuals that make work not feel like work sometimes.
