Mr. Douglas B. Croxall, also known as Doug, is a Founder of Marathon Patent Group, Inc. (formerly, American Strategic Minerals Corporation) served as its Chief Executive Officer since November 14, 2012 until December 31, 2017. Mr. Croxall serves as a Managing Member of Jaguar Technology Holdings, LLC. Mr. Croxall served as the Chief Executive Officer, Secretary & Treasurer of AFG Enterprises USA, Inc. (formerly, In Store Media Systems Inc.) from March 1, 2006 to March 15, 2006 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until March 15, 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Firepond Inc. (formerly FP Technology, Inc.) from December 3, 2003 to April 2008. Since December 2001, Mr. Croxall served as Managing Member of Riverland Enterprises LLC. Since August 2001, he served as Officer of Acclaim Financial Group Venture III, LLC and as a principal of Acclaim Financial Group Venture I and II, LLC. From September 1999 to August 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Load Media Network, Inc. From August 1995 to September 1999, Mr. Croxall served as a Senior Manager of KPMG in the Strategic Transaction Services Group. He served as the Chairman of Marathon Patent Group, Inc. until September 30, 2017. He served as the Chairman of Firepond Inc. (formerly, FP Technology Inc.) from December 3, 2003 to April 2008 and its Director since December 3, 2003. He served as a Director of Marathon Patent Group, Inc. since November 14, 2012 until December 31, 2017. He served as a Director of Debtor since August 2003. He served as a Director of AFG Enterprises USA, Inc. from July 14, 2003 to March 16, 2006. Mr. Croxall received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics from Purdue University in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1995.

Mr. James G. Crawford, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Marathon Patent Group, Inc. since March 1, 2013. Mr. Crawford has been Consultant of AudioEye, Inc. since April 24, 2015. Mr. Crawford served as the Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of AudioEye, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2015. He was involved with AudioEye, Inc. from 2005. His experience as an entrepreneur spans the entire life cycle of companies from start-up capital to compliance officer and director of reporting public companies. He is experienced in public company finance and compliance functions. He has extensive experience in the area of intellectual property creation, management and licensing. He served as the Chief Information Officer of Augme Technologies, Inc. since April 2007 and served as its Vice President since April 2006. He was Founder and Managing Member of Kino Digital and Kino Interactive. Mr. Crawford was Co-Founder of Kino Communications LLC and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Technology Officer at Modavox Inc. since June 26, 2006. He is a Founding member at AudioEye, Inc. He is engineering the next generation of content Syndication technology for the Internet called the Stream Syndicate. He served as lead developer for AudioEye's Surf By Sound??? Internet navigation technology and has developed and maintains complete content management systems for the City of Tucson Department of Tourism and others for Kino. Mr. Crawford has the distinction of developing Arizona's first live webcast of the gubernatorial debates of 2003. Mr. Crawford was a founding member of Kino Interactive, LLC. Mr. Crawford has developed Online pay-per-view and ecommerce solutions. He served as a Director of AudioEye, Inc. from August 2012 to July 2014. Mr. Crawford served as a Director of Modavox Inc. since April 2006. Mr. Crawford served as a Director of Augme Technologies, Inc. until August 2011. Mr. Crawford holds a B.S. degree from the University of Phoenix.
