I am utterly disappointed with the managment team at margaritaville jacksonville beach hotel. Not only is there favoritism taking place between managers and employees but there's a lot of targeting of workers for no reason and hatefulness towards other employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less cruelty, no hypocricy, better managment team

Treating employees fairly and with respect

Few workers are contributing to the problem of not being attentive to guests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no amount of money that would compensate for the treatment most workers recieve
What did you like most about the interview process?
It seemed like a very friendly environment and had a very harfworking team, but now i can see that it was just a facade.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
By doing their job like very few workers around them do, putting a stop to rumors about other coworkers, and stop participating in a personal relationship with a manager in order to be favorited.
