The most positive is knowing that the customer is satisfied and knowing he or she will bring us more service in the end
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual understanding of what is supposed to be done and what is expected to be done whether or not it's not one thing or another
What did you like most about the interview process?
The challenging questions about how would you feel if one of your co workers got the gig before you did because I trained all of them and they still look up to me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've been with the company 10 years and I have full knowledge and run the kitchen despite what time of the day I work I deserve to manage the kitchen and not be a supervisor
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I have a comfortable or good line up from the server's to the bartender to the host to retail and especially the back of the house line including all management fully staffed makes me feel like a super star
