Mr. Jonah Sulak is a Partner at Marlin Equity Partners, LLC. He was a Principal at Marlin Equity Partners, LLC. Mr. Sulak is responsible for private equity, recap, and buyout transactions and also deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support, and portfolio monitoring. Mr. Sulak served as a Senior Vice President of Madison Williams and Company LLC. He joined Sanders Morris Harris in 1997 where Mr. Sulak led equity financings for technology, software and consumer businesses. Prior thereto, he worked at the predecessor to Houston Ventures where Mr. Sulak engaged in the execution of several successful venture, growth and late stage investments primarily in the technology, software and consumer sectors. Mr. Sulak serves as Board Observer for Lombardi Software and RigNet. Since joining Marlin in 2007, his officer and/or a member of the board of directors positions includes for numerous software investments, including Servigistics, Click Commerce RHS, CompassLearning, Emptoris and Verisae. Mr. Sulak serves as a Director at RDCL, Inc. He served as a Vice President of Harris Webb & Garrison Inc. Mr. Sulak served as a Director at CompassLearning, Inc and Predictix LLC. He earned a B.A. in Finance, with a dual concentration in Accounting and Spanish, from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
