While providing positive direction and proactive quality control methods for the projects scope, he offers a fair approach at conflict resolution. From a personal stand point, I have learned a great deal about construction from him, but even more about what being a professional means.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
He requires a team approach from employees, subcontractors and clients to achieve the project goals. He demands his subcontractors and employees be respectful of the owners property in their behavior and performance.
