What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't think we have a company culture. Every office runs differently and hires don't fit a certain profile. Except most of them are white.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a messy environment, where systems and processes don't fit the needs. Oftenly you need to build up your own ladder before getting that cookie jar down the cabinets, so it seems a little unfair you only get paid for the "simple" job of getting it down.
