Mr. Haruki has been a Director of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. since March 13, 2006. He serves as a Director of Hawai`i BioEnergy, LLC and Guam Telephone Authority, First Hawaiian Bank, Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company and Hawaii Planing Mill, Ltd. He serves on the Boards of Blood Bank of Hawaii and Parker Ranch Foundation Trust. He served as Director of Hawaii Superferry, Inc. He served as a Director of Hawaiian Telcom HoldCo, Inc. from June 2010 to April 29, 2016. He served as a Director of Teleguam Holdings, LLC.
