Mr. Warren H. Haruki has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Grove Farm Company Incorporated since February 2005. Mr. Haruki has been the Chief Executive Officer of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. since May 2009 and has been its Chairman since January 1, 2009. He served as President of the predecessors of Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. He served as President of GTE Hawaiian Tel and Verizon Hawaii, communications providers, from 1991 to October 2003 and served there 26 years. He served as an Assistant Manager of Kauai Resort Hotel. Mr. Haruki has been a Director of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. since March 13, 2006. He serves as a Director of Hawai`i BioEnergy, LLC and Guam Telephone Authority, First Hawaiian Bank, Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company and Hawaii Planing Mill, Ltd. He serves on the Boards of Blood Bank of Hawaii and Parker Ranch Foundation Trust. He served as Director of Hawaii Superferry, Inc. He served as a Director of Hawaiian Telcom HoldCo, Inc. from June 2010 to April 29, 2016. He served as a Director of Teleguam Holdings, LLC. Mr. Haruki has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate. He graduated from Kapa'a High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Mr. Haruki holds an Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.

Mr. Tim T. Esaki has been the Chief Financial Officer of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. since May 10, 2010. Mr. Esaki served as Deputy Director of the Department of Public Works for the County of Hawaii since 2009. From 2003 to 2009, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for 1250 Oceanside Partners. He served with Ernst & Young LLP for 13 years, specializing in hotel and resort operations, financial reporting and management and business issues. Mr. Esaki is a Certified Public Accountant.
