For the most part, very good. In some areas, I think the training could be better, but again I can find the support when I need it. I try to keep an open mind and I think the company tries to do that as well.

Communication is good...they seem to always want to engage and try and make things better where and when they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good group of people with many different interests, but we can come together and do our jobs. Everyone seems to care about doing their best.
