I very much enjoy it, I wish there was a more structured way to train new hires to eliminate the feeling of being lost and forgotten and help them feel ready when they start getting projects. Other than that the people are great, i just wish i had more opportunities to get to know them better.

Seeing people in the office when they come in.

Everyone has a all hands on deck kind of attitude.
