In the time that I have been here, I have seen the reason why Mazzetti has the reputation that it has. The people are fun, the work is meaningful. For the first time, I can take take my daughter to school in the morning and its something I can't believe I missed out on before I got here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a sense of humor and I feel comfortable discussing life with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for eachother. if we are overloaded, other team members actively ask to share some of the load. I don't feel as if I am on an island.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't feel pressured to work while on PTO. In fact I have been actively discouraged from even bringing my laptop on vacation to make sure I get the real time to recharge and enjoy life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen. Everyone's opinion is welcomed and important. This is the only place where I have been able to pick up a the phone and call the executive team and they listen to your question/concern/thoughts no matter your position in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on exciting projects that at the end of the day make peoples lives better. the buildings we work on, when completed will have an everyday impact on the lives of many people and doing my job well on those designs makes me feel like I contributed to the betterment of that area.
