What are some of the best things about your team?
The teaming and collaboration. We communicate but we're not always communicated to effectively. There is a true spirit of helping each other succeed. Everyone is willing to help out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear, actionable communication - this will enable us to see exactly what we need to do to deliver successfully for the organization. There are often too many changes in the scope of work, which leave too much room for errors in misinterpretation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an innovator - always seeking to take constant assessments of how we could always be working to improve our status quo. Our current company does not leverage the knowledge base of IT to help them scale to be more competitive in the industry
