Simon T. P. Ridgway is a Co-Founder of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., a prospector, a mining financier and a Casey Research Explorer's League inductee. He and the exploration teams under his guidance have discovered gold deposits in Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua. He is the Chairman of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., CEO of Focus Ventures Ltd., President and CEO of Radius Gold Inc.

Mr. Brent Cook, B.Sc., (Geology) serves as Technical Advisor of Medgold Resources Corp. Mr. Cook served as a Special Advisor of Latin American projects operations at Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. since October 12, 2005. Mr. Cook founded Gradient Energy Limited. He consulted for numerous major and junior companies in over 40 countries. He is an Independent Exploration Analyst and Geologist. He serves as a Director of Gradient Energy Limited. He served as Member of Advisory Board at Western Pacific Resources Corp. He served as a Member of Technical Advisory Board of Kaminak Gold Corp. since December 11, 2006. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. since October 12, 2005. Mr. Cook is a Graduate of Utah State University.

Dr. Richard Sillitoe, Ph.D serves as Technical Advisor at Medgold Resources Corp. Dr. Sillitoe served as a Consultant of Galahad Gold Plc. Dr. Sillitoe has served as an Independent Economic Geological Consultant for various International Mining Companies in Europe, the Americas, Africa, Australasia, Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific for over 40 years. He has been wholly or partly responsible for the discovery of Copper, Molybdenum and since 1979, Notable Gold Deposits. He served as a Member of Technical Advisory Board at Rathdowney Resources Limited. In 2002, he was the first non-American President of the Society of Economic Geologists. He is the author of over 100 economic geological articles and also two books. Dr. Sillitoe studied PhD., degree in Economic Geology from London University.

Mr. Daniel P. James, also known as Dan, BSc, has been the President of Medgold Resources Corp. since September 2011. Mr. James served as Country Manager of Ethiopia of Stratex International plc. Mr. James joined Ashanti Goldfields in East Africa, working on a wide variety of gold exploration projects in the Lake Victoria Goldfields. Following three years of field work and collapse of the industry in 2000, he returned to the UK. He spent the following 5 years working in the City for Bloomberg and Yahoo, working on LSE initial public offerings and was involved with many of the biggest IPO's at the time. He returned to mineral exploration in 2005, joining independent consultants, ACA Howe. He worked on a variety of projects, including Competent Person's Reports, independent visits and desktop research. He has been a Director at Medgold Resources Corp. since December 10, 2012. Key long-term projects, involving extended field trips, included the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia, working in the Central African Copperbelt. He joined Stratex in January 2007 working initially as a project geologist on the Inlice Project in Turkey. He graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 1997.
