I started working for Medidata remotely during the pandemic, so I imagine my experience isn't exactly typical. I've had great contact with peers and leaders and been made to feel as part of a team. My work is valued and I'm regularly appreciated for my contributions. The company's goals are noble.

The leaders at the top are smart, candid, approachable, and visionary in their goals. It's inspiring to know that you're helping make the world a better place through your daily efforts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are some of the best available. Out of pocket for employees is less than at other companies. Additionally, generous perks, events, and employee appreciation initiatives occur regularly. In-office amenities are also really nice. Really great benefits all around.
