Identifying bad management practices and reducing the too common displays of favoritism.

Medical Dental Vision and health savings
Best part is that the commission is uncapped

All smart, funny individuals that care about doing a good job and one another.
The collaboration is so seamless and effortless; everyone has the same goals in mind and is dedicated to comapny success.
We work very well together. That does not mean we don’t challenge each other, but we do it effectively. Also, everyone is always willing to help anyon

Everyone is very friendly , warm, and welcoming. The environment is fast paced, but people are willing and excited to learn at all times

What did you like most about the interview process?
We had a great exchange of minds
My interview was only twice and interviewer was kind and polite.
I enjoy hearing about the culture from those living it.
It didn't feel like an interview, I felt very comfortable and I knew I was at the right company.
