What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworker is great and supportive. Our boss however is verbally abusive. He has a track record of making his subordinates cry and no one bats an eye about it. He is related to the CEO so no one will touch him.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is all family or family-friends. They are blinded by their personal relationships so they let many things slide. My boss is verbally abusive and all those that work under him are known to cry and quit but no action has ever been taken against him.
