Better pay, more caring for their employees well being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am overworked and underpaid, the expectations of me are unreasonable. I would appreciate better pay and more flexible sick leave.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We do too much arguing over irrelevant things and we need to work harder to find solutions instead of just more problems. I am always looking for solutions, many of my coworkers are not.
