Positive Reviews from Employees

What did you like most about the interview process?

They promise you sweet nothings to be quite frank. It sounded great until you work there then suddenly there's a huge backlog.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The pay was decent if you fought for it, some people I worked w/ were purposefully underpaid and they give horrible commission to makeup for it. The only positive was the people, but most of the good ones already left due to burnout/fired.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of the workers are actually decent there, just the management are clearly money-hungry and will burn out most employees. Which in turn leads to higher turnovers.

Constructive Feedback from Employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are far better options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't really provide any benefits, and they'll lie to you saying they will add that. But they don't. Nor will they, all they cover was dental and they'll tell you you'll get medical. But you wont.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency, and quite frankly be better as people. They constantly turn over their employees and they make you compete w/ each other rather than work together.
